About the role

Our Community Manager ensures that every Wonder client is present, responsive and professionally represented across Instagram and TikTok.

This is a fully remote, part-time role focused on daily community management across our portfolio of premium hospitality brands.

Each client account is checked at least once per day to ensure no comment, message or opportunity is missed.


Core Responsibilities

  • Responding to comments on Instagram and TikTok

  • Managing and replying to direct messages

  • Reposting relevant tagged stories and user-generated content

  • Monitoring brand mentions and sentiment

  • Escalating customer queries to the relevant internal team

  • Maintaining consistent daily oversight of every assigned account


This role is about protecting brand reputation, maintaining momentum and ensuring consistent audience engagement.

We look for individuals who are organised, detail-focused and confident representing high-end brands in public-facing digital spaces.
