Photographer & Videographer

About the role
The Wonder Agency is a creative agency specialising in hospitality, working with leading restaurants, hotels and food-led brands. We are looking for a Photographer & Videographer who can produce beautiful, high-quality photography and cinematic video that captures the feeling of great hospitality.
This role is suited to someone with a refined eye, strong technical ability and a natural sensitivity to atmosphere, detail and human moments. You should be comfortable creating both still and moving imagery that feels premium, considered and timeless.
What you’ll be doing
• Shooting high-quality photography of food, interiors, people and service moments
• Filming cinematic video content for hospitality brands, from short-form social to longer edits
• Capturing mood, texture and atmosphere, not just documentation
• Lighting food, spaces and people using natural and artificial light
• Running efficient, calm shoot days in live hospitality environments
• Working closely with the creative and social teams to interpret briefs
• Editing and delivering polished photography and video for web, social, press and advertising
• Managing equipment, files and delivery timelines professionally
What we’re looking for
• Proven professional experience in both photography and videography
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality, food, interiors and people
• Excellent technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting and audio
• Strong post-production skills across photo editing and video colour grading
• A sharp eye for composition, light, texture and storytelling
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines
• Collaborative, open to direction and confident contributing creatively
Bonus (nice to have)
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g. simple layouts, social assets, menus or brand materials)
• Experience using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or similar
• Motion graphics or simple animation skills
• Drone filming experience
